Company Insight
The Company Insight gives you the opportunity to get to know a number of interesting companies. You will learn more about the respective company philosophies, career opportunities and other exciting topics.

After the presentation you are invited to an Apéro Riche in the HSG Career Days Lounge. There you will have the opportunity to ask further questions and get in touch with the company representatives.

Workshop
The workshops take place in the form of case studies or working groups. The respective content is based on the industry in which the company is also recruiting. You will find the topic for the workshops in the description of the slot for which you are applying.

After the workshop you are invited to an Apéro Riche in the HSG Career Days Lounge. There you will have the opportunity to ask further questions and get in touch with the company representatives.

Interviews
Here you have the opportunity to master the first stage of the recruitment process. Apply for a specific position. After successful application you will be invited by the companies to a first interview on campus. The content and style of the interview varies depending on the company and position.

Speed Interviews
The speed interviews are perfect to convince the company representatives about you in the shortest possible time. . The exact procedure can be found in the module description of the slot on my.hsgcareer.ch.

Lego Serious Play
Lego Serious Play is a moderated process that combines the advantages of playing and modeling with Lego bricks and the business world. Max. 16 participants individually and collectively build their own Lego models in response to business questions. These 3D models serve as a basis for discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making. With this method you can get to know the company better in connection with tasks concerning strategy, teamwork, creativity, career path etc.. In this way, a concrete acquaintance takes place on several levels.

Interview in a Car
A speed dating or interview in an unusual environment? With "Interview in a Car", students and recruiters deliberately do not get to know each other in a corporate environment, but meet in a personal way. During the 30-minute round trip through St. Gallen, an individual conversation takes place. An emotional basis for discussion is already provided by the vehicle and the unusual ambience.

Company Dinner
The Company Dinner offers you the opportunity to get to know the company better in a more exclusive environment during a dinner with company representatives in a restaurant in St.Gallen.

Escape Room
Together with company representatives you visit the Escape Company in the city center of St. Gallen. Each of the four teams (5 students each, 1 company representative) goes on a mission to solve. The module offers the opportunity to prove your creativity, performance and team spirit under time pressure. The adventure trip is rounded off with a subsequent aperitif in a St.Gallen restaurant.
