You have the option to register up to 7 days before the event. Within the 72 hours leading up to the event, the company will either confirm your registration, decline it, or place you on the waiting list.
If you wish to cancel your attendance before the event, you have a window of 48 hours to do so. This will prevent you from receiving a no-show designation.
If the 48-hour period includes a Saturday or Sunday, there's a special rule. In this case, you must cancel your registration by Thursday at 11:59 PM at the latest to avoid receiving a no-show designation. Please note the No-Show rule.
