Company Insight Pitch
During the 45-minute Company Insight Pitch with all the companies represented at the HSG Career Days (Focus Legal), each company will give a five-minute pitch. You will gain insights into what a career at the various companies might look like, what personalities fit them, and what skills applicants need to be successful. You will also learn about the application processes at these companies and how to best prepare for them. At the end, you will have time to ask your questions.
Additionally, you are invited to the Apéro Riche in the HSG Career Days Lounge. This is an excellent opportunity to ask further questions and establish personal contact with the company representatives.

Sessions
The sessions take place in the form of case studies or working groups. The respective content is based on the industry in which the company is also recruiting. You will find the topic for the workshops in the description of the slot for which you are applying.

Interviews
Here you have the opportunity to master the first stage of the recruitment process. Apply for a specific position. After successful application you will be invited by the companies to a first interview on campus. The content and style of the interview varies depending on the company and position.

Lego Serious Play
Lego Serious Play is a moderated process that combines the advantages of playing and modeling with Lego bricks and the business world. Max. 16 participants individually and collectively build their own Lego models in response to business questions. These 3D models serve as a basis for discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making. With this method you can get to know the company better in connection with tasks concerning strategy, teamwork, creativity, career path etc.. In this way, a concrete acquaintance takes place on several levels.
Company Dinner
The Company Dinner offers you the opportunity to get to know the company better in a more exclusive environment during a dinner with company representatives in a restaurant in St.Gallen.
